Victoria’s Secret delivered yet another star-studded and diamond-studded runway event on Nov. 9. Each year, the women’s lingerie chain kicks off its holiday-selling season with a show to generate excitement about its products.

Singers Jay-Z, Nicki Minaj, Kanye West and Maroon 5 performed at the New York City event. The Victoria’s Secret Angels’ collections fell into six themes, according to the company’s Twitter. They were Ballet, Super Angels, Passion, Angels Aquatic, I Put a Spell on You and Club Pink.

This year, Limited Brands, Victoria’s Secret’s parent company, will place more emphasis on the fashion show in stores as part of its marketing approach and feature products from the show in stores. The company also plans to integrate its beauty lines, such as the Dream Angels and Gorgeous lines, more with its lingerie.

The show will air on CBS on Nov. 29 at 10 p.m. Click ahead to see scenes from this year’s event.

Model Erin Heatherton walks the runway in iconic Victoria’s Secret angel wings. Heatherton has been a fixture at the show for many years. This year marks her fourth appearance. During the evening, she sported several different styles. 

Over the years, the show has become known not only for the lingerie on display, but also for its musical performances. Here, recording artist Nicki Minaj performs on the runway.

Model Adriana Lima walks the runway at this year’s show. The Brazilian-born model was featured in the 2010 show, which was a year after she gave birth to her first child.

Brazilian-born model Lais Ribeiro walks the runway in an extravagant outfit. Earlier this year, Ribeiro was featured in a Victoria’s Secret commercial for cotton lingerie.

During this time, she has been a featured model in Victoria’s Secret “SWIM” catalogue and is currently listed as one of the company’s 11 supermodels.

Although the $2.5 million dollar bra worn by Miranda Kerr was not the most expensive bra worn in the history of the Victoria’s Secret Fashion show, it was still one of the most talked-about pieces. In 2000, the most expensive “Fantasy” bra was modeled by Gisele Bundchen and was valued at $15 million. Kerr is currently designated as one of the 11 Victoria’s Secret supermodels.

Angel wings are a staple of the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, and here a model walks the runway wearing matching pink lingerie and wings.

Another one of the night’s musical guests was pop-rock band Maroon 5. Lead singer Adam Levine and other members of the band mingled with the Victoria’s Secret models both on the runway and backstage throughout the show. Levine’s girlfriend is Victoria’s Secret model Anne Vyalitsina.
